1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Perishable items, custom orders, and sale items are non-refundable.

  • Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact us at info@dreamgiftbaskets.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  • Once approved, ship the item back to us at 5 Steward Ct, Tinton Falls, NJ 07753.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
